FAQ

How do I receive alerts?

After Stripe checkout, you'll be redirected to a welcome page with your unique customer ID. Send /silver_subscribe cus_xxxxx to @SilverInsider_Alerts_Bot on Telegram. From that moment, you receive all [SILVER]-tagged alerts on your Telegram.

What data sources?

CFTC COT raw (Tuesday close, Friday release), CME COMEX inventory (end-of-day), CBOE VIX (real-time), and our Squeeze score combining all four factors. No proxy data — we use the same source institutional desks use.

Is this financial advice?

No. These are information signals — institutional positioning, inventory levels, and volatility regime triggers. You make your own trading decisions.

What if I cancel during the trial?

You won't be charged. Cancel via Stripe's customer portal (link in your welcome email).

Data privacy?

We collect email + Telegram chat_id only. No TC kimlik no (KVKK compliant). For EU/UK users (GDPR): data export + delete requests to support@onyxgroup.cloud.

How often will I get alerts?

Roughly 2–5 alerts per week on average. COT is weekly, COMEX is daily, Squeeze refreshes every 6h, VIX alerts only when threshold crosses.
