1. The service

Silver Insider Pack is an information signal subscription delivering 4 widgets (COT positioning, COMEX inventory, Squeeze score, VIX safe-haven alerts) via Telegram messages. It is operated by ONYX Group from Sakarya, Turkey.

2. Not financial advice

The signals are information, not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Silver markets are volatile and you can lose money. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any signal.

4. Refund policy

Refunds at a glance

  • Trial cancellation: cancel any time during the 7-day trial — you are not charged, nothing to refund.
  • First 7 days of paid period: if you cancel within 7 days after your first charge, we issue a pro-rated refund on request.
  • After 7 days of paid period: no refund; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and is not renewed.
  • Service outages: if our bot is offline for > 48 consecutive hours within a billing period, we issue a 1-month credit on request.

Refund requests: email support@onyxgroup.cloud with subject "Refund request — [your Stripe customer_id]". We respond within 5 business days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONYX Group is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, or any consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

7. Service availability

We target 99% uptime but make no guarantee. Source data depends on third parties (CFTC, CME, CBOE, Stripe, Telegram) that may have their own outages. We will not retroactively send alerts missed due to upstream outages.

8. Data & privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not collect TC kimlik numarası (KVKK). EU/UK users may request data export/deletion under GDPR via support@onyxgroup.cloud.

9. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not accept revised terms, you may cancel before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to Sakarya courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence.
